Our Story
Founded in London circa 2015, following a dream encounter between two childhood friends at the local convenience store aka Milva in Swieqi, Malta. Since then, the Milva story has been told the world over, taken on many creative iterations and has now evolved into a fully fledged, not-for-profit records label, DJ management and events platform on a mission to help raise funds to support local environment NGOs and other social causes.
Our Mission
Filfla is more than just a symbol of natural beauty—it’s a vital sanctuary for wildlife and an irreplaceable part of our heritage. Its fragile ecosystem faces growing threats, and we cannot stand idly by. Through our events and initiatives, we aim to shine a spotlight on its importance and rally better community support for its continued protection (& appreciation).

Becoming a DJ is easy these days but showcasing one's musical style (in front of a doting audience) is the hard part. We exist to change that forever. From unlikely veterans to overlooked contemporaries, under appreciated mixers to overshadowed selectors, Milva's stock is deep and diverse.
